with a new year comes a new sketchbook. i don’t often use them, decided this one needed to start hopeful. began by sketching the letters H-O-P-E equally distanced apart on both pages, then began to repeat the shapes within the letters until they created an ocular illusion. this has multiple errors, but i’m fine with them. i only allotted just enough time to finish it, around 45 minutes.
